Online Registration 2012/2013

Instructions For Registration:

1. Please complete and submit the entire registration form.

2. Make Check payable to WHEAT for the appropriate amount:

• $20 New Member Registration May 15th through December 31st
• $10 New Member Registration after January 1st

3. Mail check to:

Please Note: Registration forms will be processed ONLY after the membership payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment, membership status will be activated with access to all membership privileges for the 2012/2013 WHEAT homeschool year.

4. You may modify your email preferences once your membership is activated. When your check is received, an email notification with a link will be sent to you for your convenience.
